I just completed a short project for Bible Baptist Church in Elk River MN. Their church website uses the Joomla software as a content management system.
In a matter of just a few hours the project was completed, and Bible Baptist Church had its site update!

Sure, there are plenty of “free” website “design” services out there today. But are they really able to give you what you want?
